    Itinerary

    Day 1 – Arrival + Shakeout Sessions

    Check-in & bike setup at camp HQ

    Welcome ride (15–20 miles on local roads)

    Evening workshop: “Fueling for Performance”

    Day 2 – Climb Day + Run Efficiency

    Morning: Mount Lemmon Iconic Climb 50 miles

    Recovery and lunch

    Afternoon: Run form + cadence drills

    Evening talk: “Mastering the Bike-to-Run Transition”

    Day 3 – Long Brick Day

    Morning: Desert Tucson Loop endurance ride + transition run (80-100 miles + 3–5 miles)

    Focus: fuel strategy, bike pacing, and smooth transitions

    Evening recovery session and mobility class

    Day 4 – Swim Focus + Spin Out

    Early morning: Pool swim or optional open water swim

    Midday: Final group ride (20–30 miles active recovery)

    Wrap-up: Coach feedback + individualized take-home training plan

  • Patagonia Gravel Feb 23rd-25th

    Tucked between southern Arizona’s rolling desert and sky island peaks, Patagonia serves up some of the smoothest, most scenic gravel in the Southwest—and we’re calling this camp the “Cream Filling” because it hits just right.

    This high-mileage, low-drama gravel camp offers daily rides through Patagonia’s iconic ranchlands and winding washes, perfect for building fitness early in the season. Expect fully supported rides, challenging elevation, and laid-back evenings under the stars.

    Daily routes: 40–70 miles, 3,000–5,000 ft climbing
